In honor of International Women’s Day, the Yalta branch of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Blood Center” will host a donor campaign “Spring. Thank you for the love.» The organizers of the event are traditionally: the State Budgetary Institution of Healthcare of the Republic of Crimea «Blood Center», the Yalta City Council, the Municipal Budgetary Institution of Culture «Yalta Centralized Club System».

The purpose of the action is to attract public attention to donation, replenishment of supplies of donor blood and its components. Spring is a time of warmth. Time to care. It’s time to say «thank you» to those who give love every day. This is a special donor event — about tenderness, strength and gratitude. Blood is needed every day — children, mothers, grandmothers, men and women who are fighting for health right now. And every donor is someone’s hope. Sometimes the most important gift is not flowers. Sometimes it’s 450 ml of life,” notes the organizer of the Yalta donor movement Ekaterina Demina.
