The fighters of the Sevastopol regional branch of Russian student groups are the best in the country

In Moscow, in the multi-format space of student teams “SO. Building» awarded the winners of the competition for the title of the best regional branch of Russian student teams. The Sevastopol branch has become the best branch among the regions, where up to 30 thousand students study full-time. City Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev congratulated the team on their well-deserved victory.

The celebration of the Day of Russian Student Teams in Sevastopol took place in the format of a concert, which brought together more than 500 students, schoolchildren and partners of the organization. 42 RSO fighters were awarded Letters of Gratitude from the Governor of the City of Sevastopol, Letters of Gratitude from the Office of Youth Affairs for their active citizenship and significant contribution to youth policy in the city of Sevastopol, and the highest award for student groups from the Central Headquarters of the RSO.

Since 2015, more than 5,500 students of Sevastopol have passed through the Sevastopol regional branch of the IOO «RSO». In 2025, 710 youth representatives became participants in student teams of Sevastopol, 8 areas of activity are functioning and actively developing: pedagogical, production, medical, construction, service, digital, guiding and the Governor’s school labor teams.

For 11 years, student teams have become one of the largest youth organizations in Sevastopol. They take part in city and all-Russian projects, rallies and events. The guys help organize events and volunteer events and represent Sevastopol at the federal level. Student teams are both a school of professional skills and a space for self-improvement: here they find their calling, learn to work in a team and take responsibility for a common cause,” noted the head of the youth affairs department, Marina Slonchenko.

The joint work of the Sevastopol regional branch of Russian student groups and the Youth Affairs Department of the city of Sevastopol is aimed at developing the youth movement, creating conditions for labor, social and personal self-realization of students. Thanks to this interaction, the movement of student groups in Sevastopol continues to actively grow and contribute to the development of the city.
