The main operating principle of the Family MFC is the provision of services in a “one window” mode. This format makes it possible to provide comprehensive services to citizens — obtaining the necessary services and consultations, which significantly reduces time costs and simplifies the procedure for obtaining social support. We studied the subjects’ experiences and applied for a grant. Thanks to the funds allocated to us by the Fund for Support of Children in Difficult Life Situations and methodological support from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, we created this center. Families will be served from all over the city — any category, no matter what difficulties the family faces,” noted Irina Mochalova.

The family MFC opened on the basis of the Center for Social Assistance to Families and Children at the address: st. Dzigunskogo, 19.
