The first selection of applicants in 2025 took place in Sevastopol

The first open selection of applicants this year took place in Sevastopol, as a result of which almost all participants received invitations for a second interview with employers. This indicates the high quality of the preliminary selection of candidates and exact compliance with the requirements of the announced vacancies.

A total of 15 applicants were invited to participate in the selection. Career consultants at the Sevastopol Personnel Center prepared a list of candidates in advance, taking into account the requests of employers, which allowed companies to avoid reviewing a large number of resumes and conducting random interviews.

The Sevastopol Theater for Young Spectators, Sevteploenergo, as well as the Federal Institution Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise for the City of Sevastopol of the Russian Ministry of Labor took part in the selection. Employers offered vacancies with salaries up to 65 thousand rubles. Among the sought-after specialists are economists, accountants, administrative support employees, as well as candidates for other positions.

Open selections are held on a regular basis as part of the national project “Personnel”. This format allows employers to quickly fill vacancies and select specialists for specific tasks.
