The former deputy head of the administration of the village council of the Simferopol region was found guilty of taking a bribe

The evidence collected by the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol was recognized by the court as sufficient for a guilty verdict against the former deputy head of the administration of the Molodezhnensky rural settlement of the Simferopol region. He was found guilty of taking a bribe by an official in a significant amount (part 2 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The Department for the Investigation of Particularly Important Cases and the court found that in June 2022, an official offered a local resident who turned to him to draw up a resolution by the head of the administration of the Molodezhnensky rural settlement on the approval of the scheme of the land plot on the cadastral plan of the village and in further assist in the transfer of ownership of this site to its ownership. Having received the amount, the deputy head of the village council handed over the promised resolution to the woman, while these actions were part of his direct official duties— reported in the Sledkom.
The criminal actions of the official were detected and suppressed by the operational officers of the OEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Simferopol region. The current deputy head of the village council was detained.
By a court verdict, the man was found guilty of the alleged crime and sentenced to two years in prison to be served in a general regime correctional colony.
