The Forum of Young Teachers “In the unity of peoples lies the greatness of Russia!” was held in Sevastopol!

In “New Chersonese”, the Sevastopol city organization of the Trade Union of Public Education and Science Workers of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Crimean Metropolis and the Department of Education and Science, held the IX Forum of young teachers of Sevastopol “In the unity of peoples is the greatness of Russia!” The forum was attended by young teachers, including class teachers, educators, additional education teachers, and members of the Council of Young Teachers.

Every year more than 100 young teachers come to our educational institutions after colleges and universities; our task is to create a development environment for them. I am sure that the forum is a platform for informal professional conversation between young teachers and their mentors. Today we are discussing current topics: developing new solutions, ideas in the field of education, training, development and interaction with the parent community,” said Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Science Elena Andrus.

At the discussion platform “Young teacher and the challenges of our time,” participants discussed modern challenges in the education system and ways to solve them. The participants were addressed by a candidate of historical sciences, a member of the Russian Society “Znanie”, priest Konstantin Bely.

Our forum has one important mission — corporate unity, unification around our organization. We attach great importance to working with young specialists so that they come to our profession and stay for a long time. Our organization holds sports and athletics competitions for teachers. We strive to make life in the trade union interesting, dynamic and varied“,” noted Vera Belaya, chairman of the Sevastopol city organization of the trade union of workers of public education and science of the Russian Federation.

During the event, issues of developing citizenship and social responsibility were discussed. Such events are designed to promote professional growth and development of the creative potential of young teachers, the implementation of state policy to preserve traditional spiritual and moral values.
