The government of Sevastopol promises to help the townspeople in completing the paperwork for the land
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Government of Sevastopol has approved amendments to the regional standards for urban planning. As Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev noted, this will allow citizens to complete the paperwork for land plots that they received back in the Ukrainian period.
This is a sore point for Sevastopol — the so-called «three acres», which people could not register. By adjusting the standard, we will be able to help many Sevastopol residents. We are talking about plots of individual housing construction with a size of less than 4 or more 15 acres , Mikhail Razvozhaev emphasized.
Let us recall that earlier the government and the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol received numerous appeals from residents of the city who could not complete the registration of the right to land legally obtained before Sevastopol became part of Russia, since the plots allocated to them by the state bodies of Ukraine did not meet the standards.
