The head of Crimea summed up the work completed in 2025 to overhaul the apartment building
Major repair work totaling about 5 billion rubles was completed in 2025 in 787 apartment buildings in the Republic of Crimea. The Head of the Republic of Crimea informed about this in his Telegram channel. As Sergei Aksenov clarified, this work was carried out as part of the implementation of the Regional Program for the Overhaul of Common Property in Apartment Buildings.
Thus, the roofs were updated in 587 houses, the facades were repaired in 65 houses. In addition, 239 units of elevator equipment were replaced.
This year, at the expense of the owners, it is planned to carry out at least 836 types of work on major repairs of apartment buildings. The bulk of the activities will be aimed at repairing roofs — they will be updated in 642 houses– said the Head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov identified improving the condition of the housing stock as one of the key objectives of state policy in the housing and communal services sector.
Over the years, this industry has accumulated many problems. It is, of course, impossible to solve them all at once, but there are positive changes. We will continue to move in this direction“, concluded the Head of the Republic.
