The head of the administration of Simferopol commented on the situation with the flooding of territories

Indeed, there are places where flooding has occurred — this is the pedestrian zone of the embankment in the Gagarin Park. However, there is nothing critical and dangerous. All services are set to work, put on high alert, so we don’t see any risks , the official said.

In total, at the moment, the Unified Duty Dispatch Service has received 8 requests from residents. All of them have been worked out on-line.

The head of the capital administration also informed that the teams of the Municipal Budgetary Institution «City» are monitoring the entire riverbed. In those places that were traditionally flooded, additional blocks were installed. The duty of workers and specialized equipment has been organized in places where, due to the relief, difficulties in the passage of water may arise.
