The head of the Crimea held a «debriefing» in the Belogorsk district

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a working meeting on the problematic issues of the Belogorsk region. We already reported on the resignation of the head of the local administration, and what other «organizational conclusions» followed?

According to Sergei Aksyonov, the largest number of appeals from residents of the district concerns social support for citizens, the state of the health care system, and the repair of school and preschool educational institutions. According to a survey conducted on the personal page of the Head of the Republic of Crimea on the VKontakte social network, among the most pressing problems of the municipality are health care, road construction and public transport, housing and communal services and landscaping.

In the course of his report, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Donets said that there is a problem with heating in the MKD of Belogorsk. Sergey Aksyonov instructed to ensure compliance with the temperature regime in the MKD:

In every house, people should know the date when they will have high-quality heating and normal temperature conditions. Yuri Mikhailovich, make sure that during the next week every house should understand when it will be warm.

At the same time, Sergey Donets added that next year it is planned to build a new modular boiler house with a capacity of up to 1 megawatt in Belogorsk, which will solve the current problem.

According to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Konstantin Skorupsky, within the framework of the regional program for the modernization of the primary health care of the republic, 7 feldsher-obstetric stations were overhauled in the district, more are under construction FAPs in the amount of 11 million rubles. In addition, in 349 it is planned to complete the construction of a modular clinic and an ambulance substation in the village of Zuya.

The Head of the Republic stressed that in all FAPs and outpatient clinics, the distribution of medicines should be arranged as soon as possible.

According to the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrei Savchuk, about 31 thousand hectares of agricultural land in the Belogorsk district are not used for their intended purpose, 2.5 thousand hectares of which are unclaimed land shares.

Sergei Aksyonov instructed to intensify work on putting unused land plots into circulation and strengthen municipal control over privately owned but unused agricultural land.

Lands must be used efficiently. On the example of the Belogorsk district, this issue needs to be worked out. Sit down with each head of the district and work through all your recommendations. We must have a solution so that entrepreneurs are not discouraged from working. A normative, effective tool is needed. Otherwise, the process of transferring land to agricultural use will slow down , — said Aksyonov.

In addition, during the field meeting, the problem of technical connections to electric networks was raised. Appeals of citizens on this topic were recorded in almost all settlements of the district.

The problem of technical connection of electrical networks. As always, the sick situation is almost everywhere. We are already detailing the situation this week using the example of a specific area. We will meet right on the spot with the head of the RES. Let us determine what exactly has been done, in what way the possibility-impossibility in this case has been clarified. Who determined whether there are reserves, what are the planned losses in the networks, who installed them in each specific area? It is necessary to change either approaches or a person in order to understand why the situation is not improving. I’m afraid that the bosses, as always, do not delve into any details , — said the Head of Crimea.

Speaking with a report, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea Tatyana Manezhina said that today only three of the 11 houses of culture in the Belogorsk district have an automatic fire engine. signaling. The Head of the Republic instructed to solve this problem in the near future, as well as to pay special attention to the houses of culture in the villages of Turgenevo and Vishennoye, which are in disrepair.

During the meeting, Sergey Aksyonov emphasized that in each district, work should be carried out with the families of NWO participants.

Until the New Year, the administrations should intensify their work on registering all participants in the SVO and their families in each district. Regardless of the situation, administrations must deal with this on an individual basis. People should not have domestic and other problems. I also want to inform you that helmets and body armor have arrived, more than 7,000 sets, which will be distributed among those on the front lines. Warm linen was given, sleeping bags. Partially we deliver what was promised. I see all messages, I read them all. The volume of help is large, but there may be slippage in delivery, but we keep in touch with everyone. The work is coordinated by Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Anatolyevich Nazarov , — said the Head of Crimea.

Summing up the results of the meeting, Sergey Aksyonov noted that a lot of work has been done in the municipality to solve problematic issues:

Глава Крыма провел «разбор полетов» в Белогорском районе The area is potentially strong, there are reserves, there is a team, but there should be personnel updates, this is politics. Much has been done, but more remains to be done. We work further.
