Heat supply organizations launched the process without waiting for standard indicators of average daily air temperature (it must be below +8°C for 5 days). As the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, explains, the process is not quick, and the result depends on the coordinated work of many, including employees of management companies and the residents themselves. The social sphere is completely covered by heat, and now the housing stock is actively involved.

As the head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Yuri Zhuravlev, reminds, preparations for the new heating period continued throughout the off-season — cleaning and replacement of individual sections of the network, flushing of heating systems, pressure testing of them, checking of house metering devices, and filling of systems with coolant were carried out.
