Avito Works experts studied which vacancies applicants could count on the highest salary offers. The highest paid position in Crimea in 2025 was that of a labeler: on average, employers offered 148,500 rubles/month — 51% more than a year earlier.

Markers are responsible for applying identification information to products, including barcodes, labels, and special marks. Specialists are in demand in manufacturing, warehouse and trading companies, ensuring accuracy and control of product accounting.

In second place in terms of the level of remuneration offered are auto dismantlers. They disassemble vehicles into components, inspect and prepare parts for reuse or recycling. In 2025, the average offered salary for this specialty in the region was 142,905 rubles/month (+42%).

They close the top three highest paying auto electrician vacancies. These specialists diagnose, repair and maintain vehicle electrical systems. Average salary offers by profession in Crimea at the end of 2025 reached 123,502 rubles/month (+18%).

Avito Works experts also analyzed which professions are most often looking for candidates without experience. The leaders in demand growth in Russia were milkmen and milkmaids: the number of offers marked “without experience” for them increased by more than 2 times (+125%) with an average offered salary of 66,548 rubles/month.

In second place were finishers — these craftsmen work with the outer part of buildings: install cladding, insulation and perform high-rise installation work. The number of vacancies for applicants without experience for these positions doubled (+104%), and the average salary offered was 98,811 rubles/month. The top 3 in terms of growth in interest also included labelers; the number of vacancies marked “without experience” for them increased by 89% with an average offered salary of 63,885 rubles/month. The duties of such workers include applying and checking codes, labels and other identification information on goods and packaging in order to prepare products for storage, accounting and shipment.

At the end of 2025, average salary offers for candidates without experience increased by 12% year-on-year and amounted to 59,675 rubles/month. Today, employers are increasingly willing to invest in on-site training and quickly introduce newcomers into work processes — especially in the real sector: construction, industry, agriculture and blue-collar jobs, where there remains an urgent need for personnel.
