This facility will become an important distribution center for the supply of food products, serving as a distribution center in the region. Commissioning of the facility is planned for the second quarter of 2026, — says in a response to a TASS request signed by Deputy Minister Irina Frolova.
In the village of Chistenkoye, in the first quarter of this year, an ORC of the Pud retail chain with an area of 58.9 thousand square meters is expected to be commissioned. m. This will be a modern class “A” logistics complex, which will include robotic systems, elements of artificial intelligence, and a developed warehouse and transport infrastructure. Also in the first quarter of this year, the completion of an ORC with an area of 45 thousand square meters is expected. m. in the village Ukromnoye, Simferopol district.
The ministry noted that the new facilities will create modern facilities for storing food and non-food products in the Republic of Crimea, create additional jobs, and for retail, expand the assortment in retail outlets, reduce logistics costs, which, in turn, will affect the price of goods on store shelves.
The first multi-temperature warehouses and distribution centers in Crimea, designed to store food products in several temperature conditions, were opened in 2023 in Simferopol. Their area is 8 thousand square meters. m and 6.2 thousand sq. m.
