The main task in the tax sphere was announced in Crimea

The speaker recalled that in 2025, like the previous few years, Crimea took advantage of the opportunity it had and approved a reduced tax rate of 4% within the framework of a simplified taxation system.

For 2026, we are deprived of this right, since changes to federal legislation were adopted, and at the moment for all regions of Russia this is only 6%explained the head of the committee.

However, at the end of last year, the Russian government and the State Duma promised to develop and adopt a list of industries that would be considered priorities at the federal level, and within the framework of this list, all subjects, including Crimea, would be able to use reduced tax rates, Vinogradova emphasized.

This list has not yet been published, but Crimea, of course, submitted its proposals. And we expect that as soon as it is possible to implement these decisions, then, even despite the fact that they may be introduced by the government of the Russian Federation in January or February, since these are standards that improve the situation of taxpayers, they can be adopted, as they say, retroactivelysaid the interlocutor.

Thus, according to Vinogradova, 2026 for the committee she heads will be the year of implementing decisions made as part of changes to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and introducing changes to the reduced rate in industries as soon as possible.

We are looking forward to the government decision on industries that will be able to maintain lower tax rates, and first of all we will try to ensure that the republic takes maximum advantage of the opportunity that the federal center will give ussaid the guest of the broadcast.

They will also work to improve the existing legislation of the republic as a whole. And, in particular, to develop a wide range of tools for municipalities so that they can more effectively attract investments for their projects and, as a result, additional funds into local budgets, the speaker added.

And these are also sectoral areas, because a very large number of laws that are submitted to the State Council are, first of all, initiatives of the head of the Republic and the government— summed up the head of the State Committee of the Republic of Crimea on economic, budgetary, financial, investment and tax policies.
