I would like to sincerely congratulate you on these awards and thank you for your service. You did what you had to do, what the service ordered you to do. They did not lose their heads, they showed resourcefulness, confidence and, to a certain extent, dedication. Not everyone is given this way to confront the enemy. So I congratulate you and I really hope that you will continue to faithfully serve our country, our cause and, of course, the Navy. Congratulations— said the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation.
