Avito Podrabotki experts analyzed the dynamics of offers for part-time work on the platform from the beginning of 2026 to mid-March and found out which performers in the blue-collar segment with shift pay were most actively searched for compared to the same period last year. Drivers of special equipment turned out to be the most in demand — offers with shift pay for them over the year increased by almost 2.3 times (+125%), and performers could count on an average of 6,942 rubles per shift.
