The overhaul of the Yalta bus station is expected to be completed in late spring 2026

During a working trip, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk inspected the progress of the overhaul of the Yalta bus station and the construction of an apartment building in the village. Small Lighthouse.
Work at the site is progressing according to schedule, with completion scheduled for May 2026,” noted Yuri Gotsanyuk.
To date, 35 specialists are involved at the site. The platforms have been dismantled and the building’s load-bearing structures have been strengthened.
The active phase includes monolithic work, construction of internal partitions from aerated concrete blocks, installation of sewerage and water supply systems, as well as installation of stained glass window units.
The progress of construction is under constant monitoring. All emerging issues are resolved promptly, which allows you to maintain the set pace and confidently move forward.
Yuri Gotsanyuk also checked the progress of construction of a 72-apartment building in the village of Maly Mayak, which is planned to be put into operation in 2026.
As the Chairman of the Government noted, 90 specialists are involved at the site, work is progressing according to schedule: a retaining wall is being installed, interior finishing work is being carried out, and landscaping of the territory is being carried out.
