The regional school for training command staff of student detachments of Sevastopol has completed
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Sevastopol, the visiting block of the regional school for training command staff of student detachments, which took place from October 31 to November 2, successfully completed. In total, 75 commanders, commissars, foremen and media specialists took part in the school, which started on October 28.
Personal growth of the command staff of the student squad is a necessary condition for effective work, the development of each fighter and the sustainability of the movement in the long term. The higher the level of self-awareness and competencies of the leaders, the greater the contribution of the squad to society and the more significant the personal experience of the participants. I wish you further success in self-development and the activities of the teams! Keep it up, fighters!— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the youth affairs department Marina Slonchenko.
Each day of the on-site training was devoted to aspects of leadership: the personality and thinking of the leader, competencies, work technologies and the development of internal strength. The key expert was Andrey Kodykov, an entrepreneur, business coach, management consultant and veteran of Russian Student Teams.
The school not only gave me new knowledge on management and teamwork, but also helped me take a fresh look at myself and discover my internal reserves. It was a valuable experience for each of us,” Roman Sheshenya from the “Plamya” construction team shared his impressions.
The event took place thanks to a grant from the First Movement, with the support of the Youth Affairs Administration. Organized by the Sevastopol regional branch of the youth all-Russian public organization “Russian Student Teams”.
