The Republic of Crimea will take part in the All-Russian cultural and educational action «Biblionoch-2023», which will be held on May 27. This was announced by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea Tatyana Manezhina.
This year’s event is dedicated to the theme «Reading Together». Everyone will be able to visit interesting events, creative meetings, exhibitions, literary and musical drawing rooms, prose and poetry readings, lectures, take part in master classes, interactive classes, quizzes, get acquainted with reviews and selections of book novelties of various genres. Also, in the “Bibliotwilight” format, employees of institutions will prepare exciting activities for children.the minister noted.
Tatyana Manezhina emphasized that special projects «Culture Online» and media presentations on the Internet resources of libraries, marked #Biblionight #Bibliotwilight #Culture_online, will be available. During the Library Night, all-Russian projects start: “Reading with mentors”, “Reading with the genius of the place”, “Reading with children”. The events of the action are aimed at popularizing reading, organizing new formats of cultural leisure, developing interest in literature and other types of art, and unlocking creative potential.

As a reminder, every year on May 27, Russian librarians celebrate their professional holiday — the All-Russian Day of Libraries, established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation in 1995.
