The republican competition of Crimean museums has started

On March 1, the republican competition of Crimean museums started. This was reported in the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea.
The main goals of the competition are to increase the professional level of museums and the prestige of museum work, the development of museum work, the formation and implementation of the model of the museum of the third millennium, taking into account progressive trends, advanced world and domestic experience in the museum field. The project is an important tool for the formation of cultural policy and the development of the museum business in the region— noted in the Crimean Ministry of Culture.
It is emphasized that the competition will allow to identify and realize the creative potential of museum workers, to bring new ideas to the development of the Crimean museums.
Museums, museum-type formations of all forms of ownership, regardless of departmental subordination, located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, as well as individuals, citizens of the Russian Federation, can take part.

The results of the competition will be summed up in May and within the framework of the solemn event dedicated to the celebration of the International Museum Day, the award ceremony will take place.
