The results of the children's choral festival-competition «Winged Wind» were summed up in Sevastopol

Today on the summer stage of Primorsky Boulevard «Rakushka» there was a solemn ceremony of awarding and a gala concert of laureates. Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev presented diplomas to the winners of the competition and incentive certificates worth 300,000 rubles to Grand Prix winners, and prize winners received certificates for the purchase of musical equipment. This year’s competition program was attended by 26 creative teams of general education schools and institutions of additional education, the number of participants was 628 people.

This is the second year that we have been gathering here at the Winged Wind children’s choir festival-competition. I am glad that the festival is becoming a new tradition of our Hero City. It is wonderful that we have such a large number of children’s choirs in Sevastopol. The guys have an excellent repertoire: patriotic, children’s songs. The Grand Prix this year was won by: Exemplary academic choir «Lark» of the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity. The head of the choir is Marina Alexandrovna Fedotova, an honored educator of the city of Sevastopol, the accompanist Anastasia Semyonovna Mikhailenko and the Children’s Choir «Silver Bells» of school No. 49. The head of the choir is music teacher Vlada Valerievna Timerbayeva, the concertmaster Natalia Alexandrovna Perekopnaya.

First Prize winners are:

• Choir «School third» (junior group) of the state budgetary educational institution of the city of Sevastopol «Secondary school No. 11 named after S.S. Vinogradov. Head: music teacher Kerimova Leyla Narimanovna;

• Choir «School third» (senior group) of the state budgetary educational institution of the city of Sevastopol «Secondary school No. 11 named after S.S. Vinogradov. Head: music teacher Kerimova Leyla Narimanovna;

• Choir «School third» (combined choir) of the state budgetary educational institution of the city of Sevastopol «Secondary school No. 11 named after S.S. Vinogradov. Head: music teacher Kerimova Leyla Narimanovna;

• Choir «Rosinka» of the creative association «Exemplary choir «Lark» of the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity. Head: teacher of additional education Petrova Elena Alekseevna, accompanist: Perekopnaya Natalya Aleksandrovna;

• Choir «Cantabile» of the state budgetary educational institution of additional education of the city of Sevastopol «Sevastopol Children’s Music School No. 1 named after Nikolai Andreevich Rimsky-Korsakov». Head: Tikhova Evgenia Vladimirovna, concertmaster Semenenko Ekaterina Vladimirovna;

• Choir of the third grades of the state budgetary educational institution of additional education of the city of Sevastopol «Sevastopol Children’s Music School No. 1 named after Nikolai Andreevich Rimsky — Korsakov». Leader Semeretskaya Natalya Vladimirovna concertmaster Dubina Tatyana Alekseevna.

The choir children’s festival-competition «Winged Wind» was established by the Government of Sevastopol represented by the Department of Culture of the city of Sevastopol, the Department of Education and Science of the city of Sevastopol and the Fund for Support of Humanitarian Projects «My History» is held as part of the celebration of the Day of Slavic Literature and Culture.

The competition program included 52 creative performances in the announced nominations. The competition was attended by 11 choirs of educational organizations, public organizations, 15 choirs of additional education organizations that implement additional programs in the field of musical art.

It should be noted that the My History Foundation for the Support of the Humanities acted as a partner of the Winged Wind festival this year and allocated funds for the prize fund.
