The results of the implementation of youth policy in 2025 were summed up in Sevastopol

In 2025, Sevastopol entered the top ten strongest regions of the country, taking 8th place among Russian regions in terms of key performance indicators of youth policy. The volunteering support resource center became the best in the group of regions with a population of up to 1 million people. The guys also took 1st place at the All-Russian competition of professional skills of youth policy specialists in the “Next to Youth” nomination.

More than 57 million rubles were raised in Sevastopol through federal and regional grant competitions. These funds are aimed at supporting youth initiatives, projects and programs that create conditions for self-realization and active participation of young people in the life of the city.

Particular attention was paid to the employment of adolescents and the professional development of youth. In 2025, more than 2,300 schoolchildren were employed during the summer. The guys worked in schools, parks, libraries, on the Great Sevastopol Trail, in transport enterprises, in the banking sector, and also worked for the first time on the state channel STV.

The practice of Sevastopol is recognized as the best in the country in the field of employment of teenagers, and 100 schoolchildren and their student supervisors were trained to work with labor groups.

More than 23 thousand young people took part in educational and professional events. RSO fighters took 2nd place at the All-Russian competition of professional skills of Russian student teams, and the educational forum “Youth 92” brought together 120 active young people.

More than 50 thousand young Sevastopol residents were involved in patriotic projects. The city became the final point of the “Unconquered” expedition, which united 100 participants from 14 cities in Russia and Belarus. The Center for Training Victory Volunteers for the 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory operates on the basis of Northern State University, which has already included more than a thousand volunteers.

More than 37.5 thousand people took part in volunteer and social activities. More than 100 young guys from Sevastopol took part in the youth historical and cultural forum “Istoki”. 8 Sevastopol residents became finalists of the All-Russian mentor competition “To be, not to appear.”

The All-Russian Family First Aid Championship was held in Sevastopol, bringing together more than 500 participants. Following the results of the World Youth Festival, the International Friendship Club was opened, uniting 300 young people.
