The results of the physical education and sports competition “Sportsman of the Year” were announced in Sevastopol

• Egor Tabakov — winner of the All-Russian open swimming competition «Defenders of the Fatherland Cup» for the prizes of the Russian ZMS in swimming Andrei Arbuzov;
• Danil Krasnov is the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian Hockey Festival among amateur teams in the Dream League division for the 2024-2025 season.

Well-deserved Grand Prix were awarded to renowned athletes and champions Elena Gapeshina, who this year became the world and Russian boxing champion, and Andrei Granichka, who won two medals at the World Paralympic Swimming Championships.

• Oleg Sergeevich Tyurin – boxing coach and teacher of the State Budgetary Institution of the Secondary Educational Institution of the city of Sevastopol “Sports School No. 7”, Master of Sports of the USSR in boxing, (Oleg Sergeevich’s students during 2025 became winners of the Russian Boxing Championship and the European Championship, received the title of candidate Master of Sports of Russia, were included in the sports team of the city of Sevastopol, as well as the Russian sports team)

• Regional public organization “Sevastopol Sailing Federation”:
In 2025, 18 official sports competitions of various levels were organized and held, including all-Russian and interregional levels: the Southern Federal District championship in the MX700 class, the Crimean Cup in cruising yachts, the interregional competitions Russian Spring, the interregional competitions Sevastopol Sails (as part of the competition, the Sevastopol city championship in cruising yachts ORC and the class MX700) with a total coverage of more than 2,000 participants. 7 athletes are candidates for membership in the Russian national sailing team.

• Sevastopol regional public organization “Arm Wrestling Federation of the City of Sevastopol”
In 2025, the Russian Arm Wrestling Cup was held for the ninth time in the city of Sevastopol. Responsibility for organizing and directly conducting this sporting event was once again assigned to the Armwrestling Federation of the city of Sevastopol. 103 athletes from 17 regions of Russia took part in the competition. The national team of the city of Sevastopol became the winner of the tournament, winning 4 gold and 4 silver medals.

Nomination “Best Physical Culture and Sports Organization 2025”:
• Autonomous non-profit organization “Physical training and sports center of acrobatics”
Vivid and original physical culture and sports events held annually by the ANO “FSC Acrobatics” are:
— New Year’s festival of family acrobatics (130 students from the SC ANO “FSC Acrobatics” and SC “Grandmaster” took part);
— Festival of complex coordination sports (110 athletes from the SC ANO “FSC Acrobatics”, SC “Grandmaster” and ANO SC “Chaika” took part);
Athletes of the ANO «FSC Acrobatics» constantly take part in demonstration performances and master classes in city events: Athlete’s Day 2025, an acrobatic program on the territory of the children’s eco-park «Lukomorye», in the GBDOU of the city of Sevastopol «Kindergarten No. 118», the opening of a sports and recreational complex with a boxing gym «Spartak».

• Autonomous non-profit organization for the development of the project “The Strongest Nation in the World”
In 2025, 62 events and promotions were organized and carried out. Branches were opened in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye region, and authorized representatives were appointed in China, Belarus, Iran, Turkey, Brazil, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, and Azerbaijan.
The main areas of work: volunteerism and assistance to the front, educational and charitable activities, organization of setting records to popularize heroism, organization of physical education and mass events, organizational and information support for sports events, patriotic education of youth, interaction with the media in the field of promoting sports and a healthy lifestyle.

Nomination «Leader of the Fitness Industry»:
• Network of fitness clubs “FitBalance”
All FitBalance fitness clubs in the city of Sevastopol are included in the list of sports organizations to receive a tax deduction; there are preferential programs for socially vulnerable categories of citizens, including disabled people and persons with limited health capabilities, citizens of disabled age, students and schoolchildren. As part of the “Defeating Breast Cancer” campaign, which was traditionally held in October, 50 women undergoing treatment to combat breast cancer received a subscription to attend fitness classes. Also, every year the FitBalance network of fitness clubs is a co-organizer and direct executor of the following citywide projects:

• New Year’s exercise “Charge your morning — charge the whole year!”, which is traditionally held on January 1 at 11:00 on Nakhimov Square and the Christmas dance flash mob, on January 7 at 12:00;
• Sevastopol citywide exercises “Happy morning!”, exercises are carried out twice a week from April to October inclusive. This year the number of locations has been increased to 12 (compared to 2024: 11 locations, 320 charges, 25,080 visits);
  a series of physical education and leisure activities as part of Health Day;
• a fitness marathon, fitness testing and educational training on healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle as part of the All-Russian mass competition “Health Sports for Every Family”;
• physical education event “Russian spirit: strength in sports!” (master classes on various types of fitness);
  attracting and preparing club clients to comply with test standards for the GTO complex;
• the citywide project “Fitness Grandmother” for women of “silver” age, is carried out in the form of group classes under the guidance of a fitness instructor, at 5 (five) sites (fitness halls), where classes are organized for a total of 25 groups. Each group can accommodate up to 12 people. For each group, classes are held 2 times a week for 45 minutes, a total of 6 classes for 1 participant.

Nomination “Best organizer of physical education and sports work in 2025”:
• Victoria Valerievna Solodyankina — sports instructor at the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the City of Sevastopol «City Center for Social and Sports Programs of Sevastopol», sports instructor for the «Sports in Every Yard» project, took an active part in organizing and conducting the following physical education events: Winter Sports Day, International Children’s Day, All-Russian Olympic th day, Athlete’s Day, All-Russian Running Day «Cross of Nations», All-Russian Walking Day, All-Russian Sports Marathon «The Power of Russia», the «Giving Warmth» campaign, the «Sports Winter» campaign.

• Angelina Pavlovna Kurbatova – Chairman of the FSO “Territory of Sports ProKachay”, Director of the ANO “Territory of Dobra Kacha”, winner of the All-Russian competition Rosmolodezh Grants with the project “School of Sports Volunteering ProKACHAY”, which made it possible to organize 23 mass sports events in 2025 and involve 887 unique participants: “Race”, “Family Sports Games” p. Andreevka, “Boxing Tournament”, “Rural Sambo League”, “Family Chess Tournament” town. Kacha, “Chess tournament”, “Master class from world boxing champion Elena Gapeshina” p. Verkhnesadovoe. Winner of the competition of social youth projects of the city of Sevastopol with the project “Functional all-around club “Wings of Kachi”, which made it possible to organize free regular training in functional all-around among residents of rural areas and the Functional all-around Festival.

In 2025, 17 sporting events were held in football, judo, taekwondo, sailing, sports aerobics, sambo, aesthetic gymnastics, acrobatic rock and roll and swimming, such as:
1. Championships of the intra-city municipal district of Sevastopol, Gagarin Municipal District in judo, taekwondo, sailing, sports aerobics, sambo, aesthetic gymnastics, swimming;
2. Mini-football tournament among children’s teams, timed to celebrate the Day of the return of the city of Sevastopol to Russia;
3. Sailing regatta of the WMO Gagarin Municipal District, dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day;
4. Sailing competitions for the Cup of the Head of the WMO of the city of Sevastopol;
5. WMO tournament of the city of Sevastopol, Gagarin municipal district in acrobatic rock and roll.

Nomination “Best Sports Event 2025”:
• Championship and championship of the Southern Federal District in acrobatic rock and roll.

• A series of physical education and leisure events: the “Sports in Every Yard” project, “Universal teaching of swimming to children” within the framework of the “Goldfish Swimming School” project, “Learn to Swim” campaign, Spartakiad among yard teams “Olympiad of Street Games”.

Nomination “Best sports school in the GTO 2025”:
• State budgetary institution of additional education of the city of Sevastopol “Sports School No. 5”.
490 athletes out of 512 students began to fulfill the test standards of the GTO complex. During the reporting period, 48 athletes met the standards for the gold insignia, 18 athletes for the silver and bronze insignia of the GTO complex.

Nomination «Best Sports Volunteer 2025»
• Valeria Akhmetova – volunteer of the physical education and sports organization “Sport Volunteers” of SevSU
