The results of the regional competition “Best Entrepreneur of Crimea” were announced in Simferopol

Fifty-six people who were already directly involved in defending projects moved on to the full-time part. We are very grateful to Crimean business for the fact that it is developing and growing. Overall year-to-date growth is up from 16% this year, and thank you for keeping our tax revenues growing. The growth rate for 11 months of this year was 22%, which is much higher than the country as a whole. So thank you very much for your work,” noted Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

As the Deputy Prime Minister clarified, this year the competition was attended by individual entrepreneurs, founders and shareholders of legal entities, the self-employed, as well as young authors of promising business ideas.

Based on the results of the competition, the winners were determined in such categories as: “Best in innovative and technological entrepreneurship”, “Best in creative industries”, “Best in production”, “Best in hospitality”, “Best youth idea”, “Best self-employed” and others. The “Best Entrepreneur of Crimea” competition is held by the “My Business” Center of the Republic of Crimea with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea within the framework of the national project “Effective and competitive economy.»

Also, as part of the ceremony summing up the results of the competition, three operating enterprises of the Republic of Crimea received certificates for the use of the “Made in Crimea” trademark. Among the companies that have become official representatives of the regional brand are an enterprise for the production of craft meat products, a manufacturer of modern translucent structures, as well as a company that extracts and produces pink sea salt. Let us recall that the introduction of a regional quality mark is intended to increase the recognition of local brands and support enterprises focused on high production standards.
