The semi-final of the II regional professional skills competition “Advisor of the Year” took place in Sevastopol

The competitors presented the results of their activities in the educational organization in the 2025-2026 academic year according to such criteria as interaction with the headquarters of educational work, with class teachers; creating new forms of interesting and personally developing joint activities; participation in parent meetings and involvement of parents of students in the life of the educational organization; development of the activities of the student council; participation in grant projects and competitions.

Participation in such a competition is a contribution to the development of the younger generation and an opportunity for professional growth. The job of a counselor is a mission that requires helping children discover their talents and become responsible citizens. The competition provides an exchange of experience, new ideas and feedback — this is responsibility, pride and a step forward,” shared Galina Dovgan, childhood navigator at school No. 25.

The finalists will hold their own educational events in April on the basis of educational organizations in Sevastopol. The finalists and winners of the competition will be awarded certificates of honor from the Department of Education and Science and the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity, as well as valuable prizes and gifts.

The competition is held with the aim of identifying, supporting and encouraging proactive advisers to directors in education and interaction with children’s public associations of general education organizations and professional educational organizations of the city.
