The Sevastopol MFC hotline is now available using a single number “122”

For the convenience of receiving government services for city residents, there is an MFC hotline, accessible by a single number “122” (extension 5).

With the help of the Call Center, Sevastopol residents can sign up at any of the 15 branches of the Sevastopol MFC, check the status of submitted applications and receive advice on government services.

Since the beginning of 2025, the total number of calls processed by the Center’s employees has been more than 139,000.

The center began work with two telephone lines, today it has expanded to ten channels, which help thousands of city residents every day. Citizens are mainly interested in questions about how to make an appointment and what list of documents is needed to receive a public service— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Director of the MFC of Sevastopol Yuri Gromyak.

Call Center operating hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00;
on Friday: from 08:00 to 16:45;
on Saturday: from 08:00 to 15:00.

We remind you that you can also make an appointment at any branch of the MFC in Sevastopol:

on the portal mfts92.rf in the “Pre-registration” section using authorization through State Services;
in electronic queue terminals in all branches of the MFC;
through a single MFC hotline number: +7 (8692) 417-100.
