The Sevastopol Personnel Center holds a series of career guidance meetings “Graduate Day”

An event was held at the Personnel Center of Sevastopol as part of the “Graduate Day” project for career guidance and routing of youth. The participants of the meeting were 4th year students of the Pedagogical College of the Institute for Educational Development, studying in the specialty “Preschool teacher”.

The main goal of the event was to help future specialists consciously build a professional trajectory. The center’s specialists discussed with students that a successful career is not just a sequence of positions, but a thoughtful path, the foundation of which is laid already at the training stage.

During the conversation, special attention was paid to the practical aspects of employment. The meeting participants were told about the key rules for drawing up a competitive resume, effective self-presentation and successfully passing an interview with an employer. Each student received individual recommendations designed to help in building a personal route to the profession— reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.
