The best educational project was the series of documentaries “Defenders of the Fatherland” by the STV channel — these are the results of the Knowledge.Prize. “Defenders of the Fatherland” is a special project of the STV channel. 40 short film-portraits about the SVO participants have already been shot. Truthful, real monologues of the characters in the first person have already collected over 150 thousand views on social networks.

The project “Defenders of the Fatherland” by the STV channel in the year of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War is shown in schools and at youth events.

The winners of regional awards were chosen by the Znanie.Premia expert council, which included more than 300 representatives from all regions of Russia.

Each application was reviewed by five experts.

In the “Educator of the Year” nomination, the best was Konstantin Samoshin, a veteran of the Northern Military District and lecturer of the Russian Society “Knowledge”.

This year, for the first time, the best regional educator and the best educational project will be awarded in each of the 89 regions of the country. They will receive the first ever regional Knowledge.Prize awards.
