The Sevastopol Unified Contact Center has received and processed more than 40 thousand requests since the beginning of the year

The remote customer service group of the Sevastopol Branch of the Social Fund of Russia was created in 2021, and in 2023, regional social protection authorities joined the service of the unified information system of social departments. Over the years, the number of citizen requests has increased significantly.

Since the beginning of 2025, the ECC has received and processed more than 40 thousand requests. On the first line, a virtual assistant responds to citizen requests. If it is necessary to receive detailed advice, he redirects the call to an operator — an employee of the Social Fund of Russia or an operator — an employee of the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Director of the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection Marina Goncharova.

Natalya Vasilyeva, head of the remote customer service department of the Sevastopol Branch of the Social Fund of Russia, spoke about the most common questions received by the SFR.

Sevastopol residents come to us with various questions. For example, they read on the Internet that instead of a pensioner’s ID, they can issue a QR code. We explain that the new electronic ID with a QR code is a full-fledged alternative to the usual plastic document. It is available in your personal account on the State Services portal. Pensioners do not need to submit an application to obtain a digital ID. For citizens who are already pensioners, a QR code automatically appeared in their personal account on State Services. For future pensioners, a QR code will be generated automatically within 10 days after the pension is assigned. Unlike a regular ID, a QR code cannot be lost — it is always at hand, in your phone,” explained Natalya Vasilyeva.

The issue was also clarified that from 2026, care for children under 1.5 years old will be taken into account for mothers with many children when applying for a pension without restrictions. If currently the length of service includes caring for a maximum of four children, then from 2026 the length of service will begin to include the fifth and subsequent children. This will lead to an increase in both length of service and the number of individual pension coefficients

Especially for retired mothers of many children with five or more children, the SFR Branch in Sevastopol opened the acceptance of applications for recalculation of pensions from December 1.

An application for recalculation can be submitted:

• in the client services of the SFR Branch;
• in the MFC;
• through the portal «Public services«

The increased pensions after recalculation will be received from the new year.

To ensure the security of personal data, the conversation is conducted in compliance with the legislation on personal data. To receive personalized information about payments or prescriptions of social support measures for the population, it is necessary to prepare in advance a SNILS number or a code word for SFR operators.

The ECC receives calls at telephone number 8 800 100 00 01. They are free for both landline and mobile phone subscribers registered in the Russian Federation. The ECC is open: Mon-Thu: from 9:00 to 18:00, on Friday: from 9:00 to 16:45.
