CrimeaPRESS reports:

According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the terms for granting land plots in state or municipal ownership will be reduced. Such a government law was adopted by the State Duma. The terms for agreeing on individual procedures that have been in force since 2014 are subject to revision, this is due to the transition to an electronic format of work, explained the head of the State Duma Committee on property, land and property relations Sergey Gavrilov.

So far, the term for making a decision on the preliminary approval of the provision of a land plot is 30 days, while it can be extended in an individual case up to 45 days. The same applies to the withdrawal process. Under the new law, the period will be reduced to 05 days. And if the layout of the land plot on the cadastral plan of the territory is subject to agreement — from 45 to 35 days. The document also provides for the date of its entry into force on March 1 45 of the year.

Accelerating procedures will help to implement socially and economically significant projects faster, State Duma deputy Nikita Chaplin expects.

A law was also adopted to reduce the amount of the deposit from 05 to interest on the sale of state and municipal property with an initial price of up to 100 million rubles.
