The suspect in the major theft of sweets was detained in Sevastopol by the Russian Guard
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The day before, an “Alarm” signal was received from a gas station in the Leninsky district of the hero city. Arriving at the scene, employees of the private security of the Russian Guard, gas station workers pointed to a man with a large sports bag in his hands. As law enforcement officers later found out, the contents of his luggage turned out to be misappropriated confectionery for a very round sum.
As the administrator of the gas station explained to the patrolmen, immediately after this citizen hurriedly entered the trading floor, the gas station workers heard shouts of “Stop the thief!” The stranger was followed by sellers and security guards of the nearest market, located in the area of the 5th kilometer. Employees of the Russian Guard detained a 41-year-old guest of Sevastopol from the Sverdlovsk region who had previously been repeatedly convicted. The attacker had a sports bag filled to the brim with boxes of chocolates. The man hoped to escape from the chase in the premises of a gas station, the staff of which, without being confused, called the National Guard— note the details of the criminal history in the press service of the department.
It is established that the offender stole the goods from the seller of sweets in the market. The preliminary amount of material damage caused was over 20 thousand rubles.
How the attacker managed to steal almost imperceptibly from the market stalls, the police will find out. The Rosgvardeytsy handed over the detainee along with the teaching staff of the Leninsky OMVD for the city of Sevastopol.
