The team from Yalta was recognized as the best municipal branch of the “Volunteers of Victory” movement

Thus, during the award ceremony for the winners of the International Prize “Ready for Victory”, a team of volunteers from Yalta was declared the winner.
The guys successfully passed the final tests and were recognized as the best municipal branch of the All-Russian public movement “Volunteers of Victory”. They demonstrated impressive activity, bringing together more than 150 volunteers and 7 school teams. Each year, members of the chapter organize over 70 patriotic events— said the Head of Crimea.
In addition, Crimean volunteers took 4th place in the overall standings in terms of the number of donations collected as part of the “Red Carnation” campaign, which is held from April 10 to June 22 with the support of the Memory of Generations Charitable Foundation. The action across the country brings together thousands of people who want to help veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
Sergey Aksenov emphasized:
The volunteer movement is a huge creative and patriotic force. The power of goodness, mercy and mutual assistance. I am proud of the young Crimeans, I congratulate everyone on their well-deserved awards. New success to you, friends!
REFERENCE. The final forum of the International Volunteer Corps for the 80th anniversary of the Victory was attended by 1,500 volunteers from 89 regions of Russia and over 50 countries, including Jordan, Panama, Tunisia, France, Chile. The forum program included educational sessions aimed at developing civil-patriotic volunteerism, meetings with Heroes of Russia, historians and mentors, excursions dedicated to the legacy of the Victory, as well as events in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Victory Volunteers movement. The organizer was the All-Russian public movement “Volunteers of Victory” with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), the Presidential Grants Fund, and others.
