The team of “Childhood Navigators” of Sevastopol celebrated its first anniversary
In 2021, Sevastopol was among the 10 pilot regions where the All-Russian project “Navigators of Childhood” started. Advisors to directors on education and interaction with children’s public associations have appeared in schools and colleges.
Thus, the educational environment was gradually updated, focused on the future of the child, patriotic education was strengthened and students were involved in active civic activities.
In honor of the first anniversary, educational specialists received well-deserved awards. Certificates of honor from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation were presented to specialists from the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Rosdencenter»: Svetlana Aleksandrovna Panteleeva and Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Reznik. Also receiving gratitude were advisors to educational directors and municipal curators — participants and finalists of the “New Philosophy of Education” forum in the Southern Federal District.
Congratulations to our childhood navigators on their well-deserved awards. Together with teachers, advisors to directors of education, parents, school administrations and secondary education, we are doing everything to ensure that the lives of Sevastopol children are eventful, filled with events and meanings,” noted Natalya Zagorodnyaya, regional coordinator of the All-Russian project “Navigators of Childhood” in Sevastopol.
Also in Sevastopol, the results of the regional competition of student initiatives “Youth of Sevastopol — a look into the future” were summed up. This year, experts reviewed more than 40 applications, and behind each of them there was a huge amount of work by teams, participation in intensive project projects, consultations and refinement of ideas to a high-quality result. The participants in the competition were initiative groups from schools and secondary vocational education institutions under the supervision of advisors to educational directors.
The competition for student initiatives is gaining popularity every year. You can see how the children grow in project activities — from idea to implementation, receiving support from mentors and expert organizations such as Childhood Navigators, the Youth Affairs Department and the First Movement. The competition is an excellent launching pad for entering grant competitions and developing social projects,” commented Natalya Zagorodnyaya.
The jury highly appreciated the projects of schools No. 20, 30, 36, 43, 60, 61, gymnasium No. 8, the Cossack Bay educational center, the Ecotech + school, and the Institute for Educational Development.
Let us remind you that the educational work and activities of the “Childhood Navigators” are carried out within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children”.
