The vacancy of a “stencil maker” brought a Sevastopol resident to the dock. What went wrong?
During the complex operational and preventive operation “Clean Generation-2026”, employees of the drug control department and the local police commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Gagarinsky district identified a 23-year-old Sevastopol resident who decided to make money from illegal activities.
On the Internet, the young man found a vacancy for a “stencil maker” and had to apply advertisements for an illegal trading platform on the facades of buildings in different areas of the city. He agreed to the curator’s terms, made a template for the advertising inscription with his own hands, bought cans of spray paint and got to work. But the career was short-lived. Having managed to apply only 11 inscriptions, he was detained by the police, and a stencil advertising a drug shop and paint cans were found and seized from his home.— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.
Administrative materials have been drawn up against the attacker under Art. 6.13 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Propaganda of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors, plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors, and their parts containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances.” The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine of up to five thousand rubles. The materials collected by the police will be sent to the court for further consideration.
