The winner of the regional stage of the competition “Educator of the Year in Russia-2026” was determined in Crimea

Each speech was deep and meaningful, revealing the individual style and philosophy of the teacher. The jury members noted the high level of preparation of the finalists, originality of solutions and ability to find contact with a children’s audience.

Based on the results of the competition, the names of the best were determined.

The winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian professional competition “Teacher of the Year in Russia 2026” is Olga Sotnikova (Simferopol).

I degree finalist Natalia Yurova (Kerch), II degree finalist Victoria Pivovar (Feodosia), III degree finalist Muzine Bekirova (Krasnoperekopsky district), IV degree finalist Ulyana Smolenskaya (Yalta).

The competition has become a platform for exchanging best practices in preschool education.

The winner will represent the Republic of Crimea at the all-Russian stage of the competition.
