The winners of the regional stage of the International Prize #WEARETOGETHER were awarded in Sevastopol
A festive event was held at the Cossack Bay MCC, where the results of the International Prize #WEARETOGETHER were summed up and the winners and runners-up were awarded.
Sevastopol volunteers travel to emergency zones, take part in humanitarian missions and implement socially significant projects. Every year, thousands of volunteers share their achievements in the field and inspire people to do good deeds.
Sevastopol residents submitted 243 applications for the award. The winners and prize-winners of the regional stage were 17 people and organizations, and the winners of the semi-final of the International Award were 4 participants: Tatyana Zhukova, Elena Braslavskaya, Tatyana Kurteva and the Doxstarclub company with the project “Ecosystem of professional and personal development of doctors.”
– Tatyana Zhukova became the winner in the “Volunteer of the Year” nomination.
– Elena Braslavskaya won the “Mentor of the Year” nomination.
– Vladimir Kornienko won in the “Heroes of Our Time” nomination, second place went to the organization SKK Alfa-Vystrel, and third place went to the Sevastopol regional public organization of large families “There are many of us.”
– In the “Code of Mercy” nomination, first place was taken by Natalya Komashko, second place went to the ANO “Center for Comprehensive Support of Adoptive Families “Born of the Heart,” and third place went to the Sevastopol regional public organization “League of Social Workers.”
– Alisa Shpanberg won in the “Generation of Good” nomination, Ilya Khorolsky took second place, and Anastasia Novoselova took third place.
– Tatyana Kurteva won in the “Land of Opportunities” nomination, and second place was shared by ANO “Korni” and Ilya Davydov.
– Ekaterina Kudrevich became the winner in the “Sustainable Future” category.
– Doxstarclub won the “Leader of Social Change” category.
– The Sevastopol regional public organization of parents of disabled children “Special Children” won in the “NGO Leader” category.
Also, guests of the event took part in master classes on assembling a tactical first aid kit, learned about the internal structure of drones, learned how to assist dolphins, attended an interactive historical VR excursion, and also created posters for our soldiers in the North Military District zone and prepared postcards for Mother’s Day. After the award ceremony, a festive concert with creative performances was prepared for the volunteers.
The international award #WEARETOGETHER is a project that appeared in 2020 in response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is aimed at developing a culture of volunteerism, supporting social initiatives and recognizing the contribution of citizens, non-profit organizations, business and media to solving socially significant problems.
