Since they took a line from Vysotsky as the title, then from the same song it’s suitable to start the story: “There, with the neighbors, there is a feast by the mountain, and the guest is solid, poured …”. In general, it all started with a feast, drinking, then continued with a fight, then another fight — already on the street … As a result, one resident of Kerch stupidly beat another to death.

The prosecutor’s office of Kerch approved the indictment against a 28-year-old local resident. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, dangerous to human life, using an object used as a weapon, negligently resulting in the death of the victim)— reported in the Crimean prosecutor’s office.

According to investigators, in November last year, the accused, during a quarrel that suddenly arose against the background of drinking alcohol, began to beat his acquaintance, then dragged the unconscious victim out into the street, where he continued to kick him on the body, and also used the scene of the incident with a wooden stick. The victim died at the scene from his injuries.

The criminal case was sent to the Kerch city court for consideration on the merits.
