Krympress reports:
More than 100 billion rubles were additionally allocated for subsidizing preferential mortgage programs, the government said. This will help to support citizens who want to improve housing conditions, emphasized in the Cabinet of Ministers.
The order has already been signed, according to which the bets on preferential programs “Family mortgage”, “Far Eastern and Arctic mortgages”, “Preferential mortgage” will be allocated 100.4 billion rubles. Additional financing of preferential programs will be allocated from the Cabinet reserve fund.
53.4 billion rubles will be directed to subsidizing the Family Mortgage. This will preserve the popular preferential program for families with children, the rate at which is 6% per annum. Another 9.6 billion rubles will be sent to the Far Eastern and Arctic Mortgage with a rate of 2% per annum. In addition, 37.4 billion rubles will be directed to subsidize the rates on loans previously issued by mass preferential mortgage, which ended on July 1, 2024.
