They want to transfer house chats in Max under the control of housing inspectors. They say they will respond to complaints faster

House chats in Mach should be managed by representatives of the housing inspectorate, says Popular Front expert Pavel Sklyanchuk. New buildings are covered by a guarantee from the developer to eliminate deficiencies, the expert recalled in an interview with TASS. In his opinion, it is important that during this period there is a representative of the housing inspection in the house chat.

Pavel Sklyanchuk recalled the principle of three keys in house chats. The administrators of such chats should be management companies, representatives of residents and representatives of government agencies. According to the expert, it would be logical if the administrators of house chats were not construction supervision authorities, but housing inspectors, who actively work with citizens’ requests. They will be able to respond to residents’ complaints directly in the Max messenger. People will not have to duplicate their appeals to the authorities.

Earlier, the Ministry of Construction announced that by the end of 2025, a house chat in Max will be created for each apartment building, and regional construction supervision authorities will become the owners of house chats. The State Duma proposed to enshrine the concept of “house chat” in regulations.
