Three Crimeans are now experts in the “Constellation of Education Flagships” community

New experts from the “Constellation of Educational Flagships” community will work in the regions to develop professional communities and disseminate effective practices. They will help introduce modern approaches to education management, mentoring, upbringing and media, and support government initiatives.
6,491 people submitted applications to the expert community for the competition, from which we selected the 100 best teachers who will become the face of the project in their regions. They will receive expert status and will represent the project in the regions and at federal sites; they will also be able to act as speakers, moderators and mentors, broadcast best practices and strengthen the impact of the project in the field of education. In October, the winners will take part in a strategic session on the development of the expert community in 2026, which will be held on Lake Baikal. The event includes a cultural and educational program with visits to the Taltsy and Circum-Baikal Railway museums.
From the Republic of Crimea, the winners of the competition for the expert community “Constellation of Educational Flagships” of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” were:
- Larisa Novinkina – deputy director for educational work, English teacher at the Roshchinsky school-kindergarten in the Dzhankoy district;
- Tatyana Koval – deputy director for educational work of secondary school No. 38 named after Hero of the Russian Federation V.A. Dorokhin of the city of Simferopol;
- Natalia Malanova is the head of the Center for the Development of Educational Technologies at the Artek International Children’s Center.
Larisa Novinkina has been in the profession for more than 25 years, has the title of “Honored Teacher of the Republic of Crimea”, winner and prize-winner of the regional stages of various professional skills competitions, winner of the competition for awarding prizes to the best teachers for achievements in teaching, participant of the Assembly of Teachers of General Education Institutions of the Republic of Crimea. She was motivated in the Education Flagship Constellation competition by the desire to contribute to the creation of a system that will prepare the modern generation with the necessary skills to live successfully in the modern world.
Tatyana Koval has been in the profession for more than 35 years, of which more than 25 years have been an education manager. Coordinator of mentors-educators of the Republic of Crimea. Participation in the “Constellation of Educational Flagships” competition inspired her to share her teaching experience with colleagues from different parts of the country, helped her discover new approaches to the development of the educational environment and become part of a professional community united by the desire to grow professional competencies, mutual assistance and collective creativity.
Natalia Malanova went through a professional career from senior pioneer leader to school director. Works in the field of education for more than 30 years. Now, together with the team of the center for the development of educational technologies, she is developing and implementing additional professional training programs that reveal the secrets of the unique education system of the Artek International Children’s Center. In the “Constellation of Educational Flagships” competition, she was motivated by the desire to develop herself, to be among like-minded people, and to benefit the country’s teaching community.
