CrimeaPRESS reports:
G., D., P., A., S., Kh., as well as other persons unidentified by the preliminary investigation, having intent to extract illegal income, in 2014 entered into a criminal conspiracy to participate in a stable, previously united organized criminal group, to commit a crime — systematic secret theft of gas condensate from the underground operating gas pipeline «Bereg-Glebovka».
By the actions of these persons, who acted in accordance with a criminal agreement reached in advance, a criminal action plan developed in advance, and criminal roles previously assigned, gas condensate was secretly stolen from a gas pipeline owned by SUE RK Chernomorneftegaz, which caused damage to SUE RK Chernomorneftegaz. By the verdict of the Chernomorsky District Court, G., D., P. were convicted of committing theft — theft of someone else’s property, from a gas pipeline, committed by an organized group, to various terms of imprisonment. By the same verdict, G. was acquitted of causing death by negligence to three persons due to the lack of corpus delicti— noted in the press service of the court.
The verdict has not entered into force.
