Traffic police inspectors of Sevastopol stopped illegal export of waste in Yukharina Balka

Inspectors of the traffic police of Sevastopol during the next duty stopped a large vehicle, in which, in addition to the lack of documents for the transported cargo, violations of road safety requirements were revealed.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol, during the inspection of the vehicle and the purpose of its trip, it turned out that unauthorized dumping of garbage should have been carried out in the area of ​​​​Monastyrskoye Highway, after which the employees of the State traffic inspectorate notified the employees of Sevprirodnadzor to take measures in the line of environmental protection.

Traffic inspectors filed 5 administrative materials against the driver for violations in the field of road safety:

— for driving a vehicle by a driver who does not have the necessary documents with him — a waybill (part 2 of article 12. 3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, fine 12 rubles);

— for exceeding the permissible dimensions when driving heavy or large-sized vehicles in the absence of a special permit (part 1 of article 12. 21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a fine from 21 to 1500 rubles);

— for driving a vehicle in the presence of malfunctions (part 1 of article 12. 5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a fine 500 rubles);

— for driving a vehicle in respect of which a diagnostic card has not been issued (part 1.1 of article 12. 5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a fine 2000 rubles);

— for driving a vehicle with a knowingly faulty braking system (part 2 article 12. 5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a fine 500 rubles).

In order to suppress violations of the rules of operation and use of a vehicle with a faulty brake system, traffic inspectors called a tow truck and the truck was moved to a specialized parking lot of the Sevastopol Avtodor State Budgetary Institution , the press service notes.

The traffic police of Sevastopol reminds that control over the transportation of goods without appropriate documents and attempts at unauthorized dumping of waste is carried out by traffic police crews on an ongoing basis.
