The operatives of the internal security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea revealed the fact of illegal actions of an employee.
It was preliminary established that on February 28, during the course of investigative actions, the specified employee inflicted bodily injuries in the form of a bruise and bruises on a citizen accused in a criminal case of fraud.
The materials collected by the operational-investigative part of the internal security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea for further legal assessment were transferred to the investigating authorities— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
It is clarified that if the employee’s guilt is confirmed, she will be dismissed from the internal affairs bodies on negative grounds and will be punished in the manner prescribed by law, and her leaders will be brought to disciplinary responsibility.

The check is carried out for the presence in the actions of a police officer of signs of a crime, provided for in paragraph «a» part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — «Exceeding official powers with the use of violence»— clarified in the Sledkom.

Currently, as part of the audit, a forensic medical examination is being carried out in order to establish the severity of the harm caused, witnesses of the incident are being interviewed, and measures are being taken to identify other items and documents of probative value.— the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee said.
Based on the results of the audit, a legally reasoned procedural decision will be made.
