Vice-President of the Notary Chamber of Sevastopol took part in the 3rd All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference
On December 10, 2025, the vice-president of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol, Maxim Yurchenko, took part in the III All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Inheritance Law of Russia. Protection of the inheritance rights of minor children as a manifestation of the protection of traditional spiritual and moral values” in a remote format. The event was organized by the Notary Department of the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (MSLA); Federal Notary Chamber; Department of Advocacy, Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (MSAL); Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation; Mediation Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
During the conference, the following features were discussed: registration of inheritance rights of minor children (including children conceived during the life of the testator), protection of the inheritance rights of minor children (including children conceived during the life of the testator), the use of mediation to protect the inheritance rights of minor children (including children conceived during the life of the testator).
The participants — researchers, teachers, graduate students, doctoral students, notaries, lawyers, mediators and practicing lawyers — exchanged experiences and practical recommendations.
