The water temperature in the Black Sea off the coast of Crimea can hold out at a level comfortable for bathing until mid -autumn. About this RIA Novosti Crimea told the head of the republican hydrometeorological center Tatyana Lyubetskaya. Now the lowest indicator is fixed in the Kerch Strait: +22 degrees, in the skirt the temperature remains at the level of +24 degrees.

The sea cools very slowly, last year the temperature dropped below 20 degrees only at the end of October. It all depends on the air temperature— she said.

According to the forecast of weather forecasters, the weather will contribute to the extension of the bathing season. In the next two weeks in the Crimea it will be sunny, and the thermometer at the peak will show +25-26 degrees.

The exception will be the period from September 9 to 11, to which A storm warning has been announced. These days, strong rains with hail will spill in the region and wind with gusts of up to 22 m/s will rise.

According to Lyubetskaya, the heat will no longer bother Crimeans and guests of the peninsula.
