We are proud of your valor! In Sevastopol, 30 employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the city were presented with awards

On the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations presented state awards to 30 employees. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Among those noted by the head of the country are four pyrotechnicians from the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the city of Sevastopol.

You are people for whom defending the Motherland is not just words, but everyday work that requires nerves of steel and the highest professionalism. I would like to note that today among those being awarded are our colleagues who have made a significant contribution to ensuring the safety of civilians in the reunified and border regions of Russia. You, often risking your own life, performed and continue to perform the most difficult tasks to restore peaceful life and eliminate the consequences of shelling during the Special Military Operation. You are the first to come where there is fire and destruction, and your courage and dedication restore people’s faith in themselves., – Alexander Kurenkov addressed the awardees.

For their dedication and professionalism in carrying out tasks to clear territories from explosive objects, including in the Northern Military District zone and in the Kursk region, Sevastopol employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were awarded the Order of Courage and medals “For Courage”.
