Went to think… A resident of the Kirovsky district received 13 days of arrest for posting on a social network
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A resident of Vladislavovka was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court established that on February 15, 2023, the offender on the social network «Vkontakte» on his personal page posted a video showing the symbols of the «Azov» regiment (ed.: The Azov Regiment, a Ukrainian paramilitary nationalist association, was recognized as terrorist by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of August 2, 2022. Its activities are prohibited in Russia) in the form of the Wolfsangel symbol, which is a symbol of Nazism, used in Nazi Germany.
The perpetrator admitted his guilt in committing the alleged administrative offense, indicated that he no longer intended to distribute symbols of Nazism. The court, having comprehensively studied the materials of the case, established the guilt of the person brought to administrative responsibility, and sentenced him to administrative arrest for a period of 13 days. The decision has not entered into force. Previously, a lover of Nazi symbols has already been brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security), where, on the basis of a court decision, he was found guilty and subjected to an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 30 000 rubles— noted in the press service of the court.
