Yalta may limit the sale of alcoholic beverages within public areas

The Department of Consumer Market and Services is submitting for public discussion a regulatory legal act providing for the expansion of the boundaries of public areas in which the retail sale of alcoholic products is not allowed, including beer, beer drinks, cider, poire, mead, including the sale of alcohol at public catering points.

Public discussions will be launched from November 1st to feedback platform (FOS). Deadline for receiving reviews and suggestions: from November 1 to December 2. A summary of proposals will be posted on the website: — on the official page of the municipality of the Yalta City District of the Republic of Crimea on the portal of the Government of the Republic of Crimea https://yalta.rk.gov.ru; — on the feedback platform (POS) https://pos.gosuslugi.ru. All proposals received will be considered no later than December 5th.
