You can sign up for blood donation through public services

• go to the personal account “My Health” and choose the service “Donation of blood and its components”;
• fill out the electronic application and select the date and time of blood donation;
• Get a notification of a blood donation.

Donors who donated blood more than 40 times or blood plasma are more than 60 times awarded the “Honorary Donor” sign. The honorary sign allows citizens to receive additional rights and benefits, such as annual leave at a convenient season, extraordinary provision of free medical care, as well as annual payment in the amount of 18,207.64 rubles.

The convenience of recording blood through the public services portal is the ability to choose a date and time convenient for the donor in advance, which excludes the need to stay in the lines in the blood service. In addition, when filling out an electronic application, it is not required to attach additional documents — all the necessary data are already on the public services portal, — commented on the director of the Department of Digital Development of the Government of Sevastopol Tatyana Chernousova.

As of the end of September 2025, more than 350 people applied for a public service, of which 54% submitted their applications through the public services portal.
