1,800 Sevastopol medical workers receive special social payments

CrimeaPRESS reports:

In Sevastopol, the regional branch of the SFR has transferred more than 120 million rubles since the beginning of the year for monthly special social payments to hospital and clinic workers. In July, 1,810 Sevastopol doctors became their recipients.

Let us recall that the special social payment has been provided since January 1, 2023 to medical workers of primary health care, district and district hospitals, as well as those employed at ambulance stations. Since March 1, 2024, the amount of social payments for medical workers who work in small towns, district centers and villages has been increased. In those settlements where the population does not exceed 50 thousand people, payments to doctors have increased to 50 thousand rubles, and to mid-level medical personnel — to 30 thousand rubles. In cities with a population of up to 100 thousand people, payments are 13 thousand rubles for mid-level medical personnel and 29 thousand rubles for doctors.

The Sevastopol Department of the Social Fund transfers funds based on registers compiled by medical organizations. The register, along with information about the employee, indicates the actual time worked and the category of the employee. Medical workers themselves do not need to do anything to receive the payment. Funds are transferred within 7 working days after the medical organization forms and submits the register of employees to the regional Department.
